Admission
3 Step Enrollment Process: |
|
|
|
Step 1:
Submission of pre-registration form |
The Institute's Graduate School is a private, international, accredited educational institution that offers places by invitation only. Courses are strictly limited to qualified, accomplished individuals invited to work with her Faculty via the small number of Regional, Peer Small Group or Corporate On-site Courses available each year.

Step 2:
Telephone Interview / Selection panel review |
Note: Due to the increasing large number of applicants competing for a very small
number of course places (we typically receive several applications per available
place) -applicants can complete the below Form and either: 1) request to speak with
Hendre Coetzee (Course Registrar). Hendre then calls at an appointed time, to: a)
further explain how the professional development certification course works, b)
answer any questions you have and, c) subject to a mutually satisfactory outcome
of the interview -accepts your application to be submitted to a Selection Panel
-or- 2) alternatively the applicant can request that their Application Form be directly
submitted to the Selection Panel for consideration. The Panel comprises the Institute's
Board and industry professionals.

|
|
|
Step 3:
Confirmation of Admission / Acceptance Letter |
The Selection Panel meets daily to consider Applications received during the
prior 24 hours. All selection results are final and no correspondence
will be entered into. The Institute's office forwards/emails each applicant either
a formal 'Acceptance Letter' or an offer to be wait-listed or considered for another
future course date. A successful applicant is chosen not only on their: suitability
for the course, relevant professional background/organizational experience etc,
but also upon their ability to successfully apply with their 'clients' what is taught
in the course. /strong>An applicant's learning goals, professional profile and purpose for
practicing coaching is also matched against that of the other existing, invited
course members. Note: In fairness to all pending qualified applicants, to secure
a strictly limited place in a small group, a successful applicant is required to
remit full payment (via bank wire) for the course within 5 working days of receiving
their Acceptance Letter/Email.
Please note: --All information received is strictly confidential
and will not be viewed or shared with any third party.
